Direct Support Professionals (Full-time or Part-time):
Our organization strongly believes that every individual deserves the opportunity to achieve their fullest potential. At the present time, we are looking for experienced individuals to fill the role of Direct Support Professionals. The right candidate will integrate Eprine’s Guiding Principles by providing professional, person-centered guidance and support to individuals who have physical and/or intellectual disabilities, mental health conditions and/or medical care needs. Eprine’s DSP position provides personal or medical cares as needed, teaches appropriate behaviors and provides behavior management assistance. Assists in developing and/or teaching daily living skills as written in the Individualized Service and Support Plan. Assists people with reaching personal goals, learning new skills and community integration.
Registered Nurse (RN) (Part-time and Per-diem):
The RN responsible for the wellbeing of all the individuals under his/her care. Accordingly, the RN provides care management and medical consultation/triage services and medical education to the Individuals, as well as education/training and surveillance to the staff for delegated nursing duties. Medical care coordination for all Individuals in private homes and the community is accomplished through ensuring that appropriate medical treatment and follow-up are provided, staff training, surveillance of AMAP staff for performance of delegated nursing tasks, on-call consultation and triage and participation in program planning / treatment team meetings.
Behavior Intervention Specialist:
Highly qualified Behavior Intervention Specialist with knowledge and skills necessary to assist individuals, groups and systems through the application of positive behavior supports.
Community Service Supervisors:
Join a team of creative and supportive colleagues and supervisors at Eprine. We are looking for candidates who are energetic, hands on, organized and creative in order to develop and coordinate site and community based independent living supports. This position implements community habilitation and individualized programs in accordance with the agency mission, philosophy and values. Work may involve directing clinical support staff and DSPs.
